Roast Duck – Imperial Chef Mangga Besar
This is the famous dish from Imperial Chef, i do suggest to get the breast instead of the thigh because there is so much bones and it’s just difficult to get the meat.
Also, get 1/4 of duck so that u can order more dishes. I prefer small portion of everything and more dishes rather than 2 big dishes.
Some say, it’s the peking duck that’s nice but others say it’s the roast duck not the peking duck. So far i’ve only tried the roast duck and it is yummy…
The mandarin sauce is an alternative of the typical hoi sin sauce.

Fried Prawns with Wheat – Imperial Chef Mangga Besar
The prawns are really fresh there, the meat is sweet and the texture is crunchy from the wheat. Presentation is always a “wow” factor. The golden colour with the bright red prawns and green leaves just makes you want to take the first scoop and sprinkle the wheat on your hainam rice. yuuuuuuuuuum………

Snow Peas with Garlic – Imperial Chef Mangga Besar
I have this weird thing with vegetables. I don’t eat broccoli and i promised myself never again i eat broccoli cos back in high school, the broccoli is contaminated with worms, eughhh…
so, i am very picky when i eat my vegetables, but snow peas is definitely one of my favorite dish for vegetables. Cooked plain with garlic is one of the best way to enjoy the sweet flavour of the vegetables.

Nasi Tumpeng
This is traditional indonesian food to be enjoyed during a celebration or any other happy occasion. In this case, in my office we have a celebration of two department joining forces.
To start the celebration usually there is prayer and hope for good luck, then the most important people cut the top of the rice as symbol.
There’s so many dishes on the side,
