ok i tried the cookie dream, all berry, cafe au lait… the one in the photos is something else and they were not mine.
All three of them taste heavenly… cookie dream is the one with the oreo, with vanilla based ice cream and choc chips…
cafe au lait is coffee, vanilla and chocolate ice cream based, then with maltesers, finished with whipped cream topping. oh boy, this one is my favorite so far… seriously, the whipped cream is so light and the sweetness is just perfect. Lightly powdered with coffee. Then, who doesn’t like maltesers? wafer covered with chocolate… the brochure was right, it is a delicate blend of coffee with chocolate that leaves you craving for more.
I’m more into the dairy kind of ice cream rather than sorbet or fruity kinda flavour, but i have to say all berry is also nice. Vanilla based, with 3 kind of berries and a cracker that leaves a very nice balance of that sweet not too soury but also has a savoury taste to an ice cream.
compared to gelatissimo, i am definitely cream & fudge gal!
