Angus House Steak – Chase Plaza Jakarta
darling….. that’s a whooping 300g of steak my friend ate, mine was a petite 150g, so i took a picture of his steak rather than mine.
It was 1st of jan, so they had a set menu of 5 course meal. There’s duck breast with scallop and prawns for the first course, then there’s pumpin soup which is very nice, and then some garden salad with beautiful dressing. Then the steak as main course is cooked to perfection, the meat is soooooo tender no matter how well you want the steak to be cooked. My steak was medium tenderloin, and my friend’s is medium well but still very tender. Finished with a cream filled crepes and truffle on the side.
